Penny – Treatment Coordinator
Penny is a native Nashvillian; she grew up in the Donelson/Mt. Juliet area. She graduated from McGavock High School and Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Penny and Rob have been married for 23 years, and they have one daughter, Macy who is a student at the University of Tennessee. Penny is grateful to work as the Treatment Coordinator in such a wonderful Christian family environment! She enjoys spending time with her large extended family, attending football games at the University of Tennessee and hiking the various trails at all the Metro Parks.
Rachel – Administration
Rachel is a native of the Nashville area and currently lives in Hermitage with her husband and their westie, Wesley. Rachel began working clinically in the practice and has since moved into administration. She loves witnessing the changes in both lives and smiles that working in orthodontics brings. Outside the practice, Rachel enjoys road trips, being outdoors, and baking.
Donna – Administration
Donna was born in Miami, Florida, but she has now resided in the Hermitage area for over 25 years. She is married to Jeff, and they have a son who is a junior at the University of Tennessee, and a daughter who is a senior at Donelson Christian Academy. Donna taught elementary school for several years. Since then, she has been a stay-at-home mom and substitute teacher until joining the administration team in our practice. Donna's favorite activities include teaching her 4th grade Sunday school class, grocery couponing, painting and supporting her children in their various sporting events.
Janie – Clinical Team
Janie lives in Mt. Juliet. She has "the best" son and daughter-in-law and three wonderful grandchildren. She has been working in orthodontics since she was 19 years old. Janie has had the pleasure of working in this practice with Dr. Freeman, Dr. Faulkner and now Dr. Pollei. Janie has worked clinically in orthodontics for many years because she loves to help make beautiful smiles and loves to make people feel better about themselves. Some of her fondest memories during her time with this practice have been the times she was invited to Christmas dinners at patients' homes. Janie's hobbies are baking, gardening and reading.
Kristi – Clinical Team
Kristi has lived in Wilson County her entire life. She is happily married to her wonderful husband and has two beautiful children. She loves working as part of the clinical team because of the opportunity to change someone's life by simply changing their smile. Kristi loves this practice because it's not just "work", it's a "family". Kristi likes to shop, spend time with family and go to the lake.
Ashley – Clinical Team
Ashley, originally from Ohio, has lived in middle Tennessee for the past 25 years. She now lives in Mt. Juliet with her two beautiful daughters. Ashley chose a career in orthodontics after braces changed her life. She loves making a difference in people's lives, giving people a reason to smile and instilling confidence. Being part of the clinical team lets her see those changes firsthand. Ashley enjoys shopping, spending time with friends and family, reading and learning new crafts.
Maegan – Clinical Team
Maegan resides in Springfield, however she has lived in Lebanon for most of her life. She was a patient in our practice as a teenager, and has recently returned and joined our clinical team. She has always liked orthodontics because of the changes she sees in each individual over the course of treatment. Maegan has many hobbies, including spending time outdoors, shopping, hanging out with family and going to the beach and lake.
